Registration

Please register and submit your information, abstract and any other requirements in this REGISTRATION WEBSITE

No registration fee required.

Once you register, select the conference "Zhuhai Cluster" via "Home -> Select Conference". You can submit your abstract and other requirements via "Home -> Submit Abstract", and modify your profile via "Home -> My Profile".

Visa

Attendees from most countries will be required to obtain a visa to enter the People's Republic of China;Attendees can apply for a Chinese visa through a travel agency or directly at the nearest Chinese embassy.
If attendees apply for a tourist visa, which will allow you attend the conference and sight-seeing, an official visa invitation letter will not be needed. No visa is required for ordinary passport holders from Singapore, Brunei and Japan to visit China for up to 15 days for business, sightseeing, visiting relatives and friends or transit.
We can offer you an official invitation letter with seal of School of Physics and Astronomy, Sun Yat-sen University to assist you obtain a visa to China. In this case please provide the following information in "My Profile" page in the register website:
Full Name (as exactly shown on your passport)

Passport Information

Nationality
And provide the following information in "Submit Abstract" page in the register website:
The dates you expect to arrive and depart China
The invitation letter will state the conference name, the duration of the conference, and your detailed information as listed above.

Transportation

There are serveral ways to travel to Zhuhai. On the picture below you can find the location of our meeting venue and all nearby trasportion hubs. Or find them on BEING maps. position collection

In the following we will show you the routine from each hub to meeting venue.

Zhuhai Railway Station(珠海高铁站)

Zhuhai Railway Station is next to the Gongbei Customs.
The most convenient way from Zhuhai Railway Station to meeting venue is taking a taxi. It's about 5.5km far and takes 25 RMB. If you would like to try taking bus, the bus station is about 900m east to the railway station. Just go east, across the Gongbei Customs Square, you will find it. Then take bus No.9 or No.99 to depart at Hong-hai-wan Garden(宏海湾花园).
It will taks you 10 min by taxi or 20-30 min by bus.

Macau International Airport(澳门国际机场)

First you have to take a taxi (40 MOP$) or AP1 bus (3.3 MOP$) to Gongbei Customs(关闸，拱北海关). You can pay the texi driver with RMB or HK$ as well but they will charge you the same mount as using MOP$. Then walking through the customs.
It will takes you 0.5 ~ 1 hour from Macau airpot to the exportation of customs. Then take a taxi or take a bus to the meeting venue. This part is the same as from railway station to meeting venue.

Zhuhai Jinwan Airport(珠海金湾机场)

It is about 50 km away from Zhuhai Jinwan Airport to meeting venue. Taking a taxi cost you 1 hour as well as 200 RMB.
Another cheeper way is to take a bus from Zhuhai airport to Gongbei Customs. You can find the bus ticket box just on the right side to arrival export. The bus takes one and a half hour with cost of 20 RMB. The bus is available at anytime there are planes landing. Then you can take a cheeper taxi or bus from Gongbei Customs to meeting venue, as instructed above.

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport(广州白云机场)

Taking a taxi from Guangzhou airport to meeting venue takes 2.5 hours with cost of 400~600 rmb, which is not recommended.
You can find the bus to Gongbei Customs at Gate 7 or Gate 10 of Arrival Hall. The cost is 90 RMB. It will take 3 hours from Guangzhou airport to Gongbei Customs. The last bus departs at 22:20.
Once you arrive Gongbei Customs, follow the instructions as above sections.

Shenzheng International Airport(深圳宝安机场) RECOMMENDED

Once you are landing, follow the airport guidepost ahead to "Airport Ferry Terminal". It will lead you to the free shuttle bus to harbour.
Then Take a ship to Zhuhai. Ship from Ferry Terminal to Zhuhai Jiuzhou Port harbour takes 1 hour with cost of 120 RMB. The ship launch at 8:50, 10:20, 11:50, 13:20, 15:00, 16:35, 18:30 and 20:00.
There are just 1 km walk from Jiuzhou Port harbour to meeting venue.(see here)

Hongkong International Airport(香港国际机场)

You can take ship or bus from Hongkong airport to Zhuhai.

- by ship: After landing, follow the guidepost to "Mainland/Macau Ferries". It will lead you to Area E2 where you can but tickets there. Then proceed to entrance for Ferry Boarding at SkyPier. Note DO NOT go to clearance entry to Hongkong. DO NOT go to baggage claim. Tell conductor you have baggage, they will help you transfering your baggage from plane to ship. Then proceed to entrance for Ferry Boarding at SkyPier. The boat launch at 12:15，14:05，17:00，20:00. Be sure your plane is landing one hour before these time points. It takes one hour to travel from SkyPier to Jiuzhou Port harbour with cost of 260 HK$.
- by car: You can take a coach to Gang-Zhu-Ao Bridge Customs, then take bus No.3(see here) or taxi to meeting venue. Or more luxurily, take Skylimo directly to your destinition. Click on the link to pre-book your tickets, especially for Skylimo service. The boarding place of coach is at Mainland/ Macao Transport Centre, Arrivals Level (L3), Terminal 2. It is outside the arrival hall so you have to make clearance entry first. You can also buy coach tickets in the boarding place. The cost of tickets is 120~180 HK$. The coach will drive via the marvelous Gang-Zhu-Ao Bridge which I strongly recommend you have a view on.
